LJ: Breaking down Bolt's WR is intriguing (LINK), and these articles take it a step farther. I know Bolt is fast...but can he take a hit?
PT: He is obviously very fast, but how many times do you run in a straight line in the NFL? Could he get off the line of scrimmage?

2. Isiah Thomas Sucks: Threatening to Bail on Cancer

LJ: As Deadspin properly points out:
a. FIU is under contract.
b. Isiah Thomas is publicly threatening to pull out of a cancer benfit because he does not like the match-up.
Really? After ruining his executive professional basketball career the only job he could land was at FIU. FIU! And his first headline is crying about his opponent being to good? Jordan was on point about denying Isiah the right to play on the original Dream Team.
PT: Lets see, so far Isiah has:
A. Almost run the Toronto Raptors out of business
B. Made the CBA go bankrupt
C. Managed a team with unlimited resources, in a city where everyone wants to play, and still could never win thirty games

Over/Under – 2.5 years till FIU is on some sort of probation?

3. Speaking of which...UNC Basketball Schedule Released

LJ: Ohio State, Syracuse/Cal, Kentucky, Michigan State, Texas: Out of conference schedule is strong. UNC finally plays WFU twice in an ACC season (payback time), but only gets Maryland once. I'm excited about the ACC Tournament returning home to Greensboro.
PT: I really do not want to think of basketball right now. Remember, we were ranked 119 last week. Unless Russell Wilson is playing the point, I could care less at this moment.

4. Beasley's Problems Run Deep

LJ: This is much worse than anyone orginally thought, and I wish him the best. But, the working man in me questions someone that flips out because they actually have to put forth "effort" for a career. 30 games to 82 games? No. Millions of dollars? Heaven forbid. Actually practicing to improve? Nay, I say. Let's hope he gets some perspective in rehab.
PT: Why do I have a feeling that this situation could end up like Eddie Griffin.
